Not long ago, someone on Pinterest commented, “do you think we can even grow a business without social media in 2025”. Just like that, my next blog post almost wrote itself. It reminded me that, sometimes your best content comes straight from your own audience. When you invite others to share their wins, struggles, or honest questions, things get way easier (and a lot more real). A recent research also found that 69% of people trust recommendations from creators, just like they trust advice from family and friends. That’s way more than any ad can do. If you run a business, adding creator voices to your content isn’t just a nice touch, it’s the new must-have. You can partner with creators who fit your style (there are lots of platforms to help, check out this blog post for a list). Or, you can let your own audience fuel your OWN content: ➡️ Ask your readers for stories, questions, or even screenshots of their results. It’s the simplest way to make your content feel real. ➡️ Use those stories in your next newsletter or blog (always get permission first). When you’re ready to take it further, you can feature your favorite submissions and give a friendly shoutout. ➡️ Try short interviews with followers or share behind-the-scenes feedback, including things that didn’t work out. ➡️ Reward people who join in. Sometimes just seeing their name on your social media, website, or newsletter is enough to make their day. Your audience isn’t just followers, they’re your hidden strength. Let them help you grow. Stay curious, Minosh. PS: If you have a story or something that worked for you, just hit reply and tell me about it. |

Ever noticed how some newsletters just feel different? I still remember the first time someone hit reply to my weekly email and shared how useful and helpful it was for him. Suddenly, it wasn’t just me sending words out into nothing. Not just for me, newsletters have now become a real place for people to share and feel listened to. And now there’s a change happening. Newsletters aren’t just for sharing updates anymore. According to HubSpot, marketing experts say that in 2025, more newsletters...
Ever feel like Google is reading your mind these days? You search for something, and suddenly there’s a quick AI answer box, not a list of links. Most of the time, the answer you’re looking for nicely appears there, but not every time, yes, that’s the truth. But there is something happening, and you already know it: AI tools are changing the way people find info online. Well, that’s the users’ side, but when it comes to the website owners, creators, and businesses that benefit from Google?...
I’ll never forget the first time I hit publish on my very first blog post online. My hands were shaking, heck, I was even sweating, even my mother language is not English (it’s Sinhala if you really want to know), but the first few comments changed everything. That moment taught me something stupidly simple. People want to hear from you, they want to hear from real voices, not that glossy corporate polish, and they also need transparency and trust more than perfect branding. I’m not the only...
