💸💔 Wasting Money on AI Tools?

You may have already heard about popular AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.

I admit that these AI tools are really nice and help us in many ways.

But they are not entirely free and have some limitations. So, at this point, you might be thinking about which one you should choose that matches your daily workflow.

Well, here’s what I think about them:

➡️ ChatGPT

Good for: Coming up with ideas and general tasks

Not so good: Sometimes gets facts wrong and doesn’t retain context

Should you upgrade? Yes, if you need help with creative work, but double-check any facts it gives you

➡️ Claude

Good for: Helping with writing, can handle long pieces of text

Not so good: Might be too expensive if you don’t use it often

Should you upgrade? Yes, if you often need help writing high-quality content

➡️ Gemini

Good for: Works well with Google tools

Not so good: Doesn’t always perform well, still improving

Should you upgrade? Wait for now, until it becomes more reliable

➡️ Perplexity

Good for: Finding up-to-date information and doing research

Not so good: Mainly useful for looking up information, not much else

Should you upgrade? Yes, if you’re a researcher or often need the latest information

đź“Ś A Surprising Option: Notion AI

Notion AI is another good choice that’s not talked about as much. It works really well with Notion and can help with many different tasks. It’s especially useful if you already use Notion.

I use Notion a lot for my content writing process and even use it for collaborations sometimes.

I still haven’t been disappointed with it, and Notion AI works nicely as it comes with content generation, summarization, writing assistance, brainstorming, and PDF and image analysis capabilities.

It even has a ChatGPT-like interface, so things are really cool.

The best part is that Notion AI is powered by models like GPT-4 and Claude, so you can chat with it about anything.

The price? It’s half of all other AI tools, yes it’s just $10.

So, should you upgrade? If you use Notion and want a tool that does many things, yes, Notion AI might be a good option.

Give Notion a test drive!

đź’ However, at the end of the day, the choice depends on what you need and how much you can spend.

For specific tasks, think about what each tool is good at and how it fits with your work.

Remember, it’s not about having the “best” AI, but finding one that helps you work better.

Cheers,

Minosh.

When I first started using Pinterest for my blog, I had no idea what to pin. I was posting random images and link them back to my posts and hoping something would stick. Spoiler alert: It didn’t. But after some time, I finally wrapped my head around the core concept that I had completely missed. Pinterest isn’t just a platform for pretty pictures. It’s a search engine. Yes, you may have already heard this, but something you might be doing wrong is not pinning what Pinterest users really want...

Think about being at a party. Someone says in a boring way “There’s some food if you want.” That’s a weak way to get people interested. But what if your friend comes up to you all excited and says “Hey! Sarah made this amazing chocolate cake - you need to try it, it’s right there in the kitchen!” That’s how you get people excited and ready to act. When it comes to online marketing, that’s what holds the power of guiding your audience on exactly what to do next, and we call them CTAs...

Did you know that the average employee working in an enterprise business does over 1,000 copy-paste actions each week? Even someone who uses a computer regularly, we can say, likely performs this action at least 100 times a day without even realizing it. We copy-paste because it's quick and convenient. But what if there was a way to make it even better? And no, I'm not talking about copying someone else's work at all. Copy-pasting is a core function of every device we use today, yet most...
