🕹️ One Change to Make Every Channel Work for YOU

Last night, I was reading a Forbes article about connected marketing for 2026.

It talked about how big brands are finally treating all their channels as one system, not random posts.

And I thought, this is exactly where many online business people get stuck.

See, for example, you post on Instagram, write a blog, send an email, but nothing seems linked.

The idea is simple.

Every channel should help guide one person on one clear path.

Start with the first click, build up trust step by step, and then lead to a sale. There’s no mess or confusion, just a smooth and easy flow.

Here is how you can start:

➡️ Map one tiny path

Pick a simple flow. For example, Pinterest to blog post to email list to offer. Write it down. That is your mini connected system.

➡️ Note where people come from

Go to Google Analytics. Look at the Traffic acquisition section. It shows the source, like Social, Search, or Direct.

Then open your Pinterest (or any social media platform you use) analytics and check which pins send clicks.

Add that data to a Google Sheet.

Write the source, the page they landed on, and what they did next, like signed up for your email list or left.

This becomes your first party data. Even a few entries help you see the flow.

If they leave without doing anything, there’s one thing that can act like a gentle tap on the user’s shoulder.

That’s what we call a “lead magnet”.

Here are a few lead magnet ideas you may want to pick and try.

➡️ Track what matters, not just random stuff

For each path, ask one thing. Did this lead to signups, sales, or replies? If yes, keep it and improve it. If no, fix the weakest step before you add more content.

➡️ Add new channels on purpose

Only add a new platform when it fills a real gap in that path, not because you feel behind.

So, stop treating email, blog, social, and ads as separate jobs. Make sure they work together.

Build a simple system that works.

Stay curious,

Minosh.

You sit at your laptop, adjust the gaps, feel good, and press publish. Then someone checks it half asleep on a bus, holding on with one hand, with your whole content packed into a tiny phone screen. Most people do that now. Around 96% use the internet on their phones (Global Overview Report, DataReportal), even if they sometimes use a laptop or desktop (60%) too. Still, mobile is where most of the action happens. So if your content looks good only on your laptop but is hard to read on a...

Let me tell you a secret I wish I knew at the start: When you’re building something online, talking to “everyone” is a waste. Like trying to light a fire with wet matches. No spark, no flame, just effort wasted. What I mean is, you put out content after content, post on almost every social media profile, create countless Pinterest pins, and feel like nobody’s caring. Most people do this, and it feels safe for a while, but the truth is it just gets you nowhere. And finally, yes, you just give...

The first time I tried using AI to write a meta description for one of my blog posts, I thought I could just drop in a prompt and be done there. The result? It sounded… way too robotic, like something nobody would want to read. Maybe you’ve felt the same. With all these tools around, it’s tempting to let AI do most of the work. But the truth is, and what almost everyone is not taking too seriously, is that you still have to be the boss. AI can write, but it can’t think for you. The reason I...
